I'm a 33" waist and 32" inside leg so ordered 34"/34" in Charcoal and Toffee. On both, the waist was slightly bigger (at 17.5" across) making it a 35" waist (quality control problem). The inside leg was 32" but the description specifies a 34" inside leg (quality control problem) so leg length was okay for me.
I needed to use the belt to tighten when I put them on. This is where trying to re-invent the belt is a problem and a total failure. It's a fixed sewn-in belt so I have to tighten to the max which pulls the buckle over to the left and because it's fixed I can't move it to the middle of my waist to tighten it further.
Furthermore, on the Charcoal, the belt loosens with the slightest movement (bending over for example). This is because this belt is thinner (than the green belt on the Toffee colour) and the 'ridges' are not deep enough to grip the plastic buckle. These are perfect for travel but so badly let down by the belt and a huge disappointment. I have no confidence in the belt keeping them on my waist so I'm not taking the chance of having the embarrassment of them around my knees in a departure lounge.
I could take these to a Tailor's and have the belt removed (as there is a void fully around the waist) and put in another belt to fit but this would cost as much as they were to buy initially so I'm resigned to wearing them around the house.
If passenger addressed these issues with sizing and the belt, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again as the overall quality…

Bought these trousers to wear them at work. My work is usually demanding with carrying some goods for customers moving some heavy stock around our yard. The pants are strong and hard wearing without being heavy and bulky.

The trousers are great, I wear them in all weather and they keep me warm at all times, even when doing Striding Edge in the snow! They’re super comfy and stretch nicely and have already ordered another pair, would highly recommended!
