The sandals run large, the size 9 of these seem bigger than a size 10 pair of passenger shoes I have. There also inst enough adjustment on the ankle strap, With my foot in them done up the strap is so long its touching the floor

I've never really considered myself a sandal person, but I bought these earlier in here because I needed some more seasonally appropriate options.
All I can say is that I've absolutely lived in these this summer! Whether dog walking down the beach, trail walking around the Bavarian Alps, all just general faffing, these have been a revelation.
Plus, and here's the life-changing bit, the high arch support in the sole has entirely cured my plantar fasciitis, which I'd been living with for well over a year! Now I just need to figure out how to keep wearing them over winter....
